PowerPoint Templates
We can also update or create new PowerPoint templates for a project, event, pitch or brand for use by your organisation using your brand guidlines or creating new 'style' guidelines.
As part of the template
design we can also create a library of slides and images for users to access, creating a professional and consistent look and feel across all of your presentations.
To complete the transition, we can also re-format all
of your existing presentations into the new template, produce printed user
guidelines and train staff.

Pitching can be stressful at the best of times without
having to worry about the presentation and print materials
that need to be produced.
During a pitch time is at the essence and it is vital that
any brilliant and insightful ideas, products and strategies
are presented back to prospective Clients in a persuasive
and rich presentation. This is why in some cases it is much
more advisable to ditch a badly designed and laid out

Much like pitching, a lot of work can go into designing
and implementing brainstorms and idea generating sessions
and there are a number of ways we could help...
Workshop Write-ups:
If your workshop is spread over two or more days we could take
any worksheets or flip chart paper and turn them into
a presentation or printed document for the next day’s
session.
At the end of your workshop we could transform all of
your worksheets or flip chart paper into a presentation
or printed document containing mock-ups of all of your
big ideas for you to send onto Clients and delegates as a
reminder of the day.
Printed documents:
We don’t just work in PowerPoint - if you need a printed
document produced from a PowerPoint deck, an MS
application or even written notes we can turn it into a
high quality, printed document within your budget. As
well as having extensive experience within the print industry
we also have great contacts and ideas, so we can
also suggest ways to really make your printed material
stand out.

Conferences and Events
From designing the entire PowerPoint template for use at
your conference, to being there to operate it back stage
we can help any event look good and run well!
Engaging your audience is probably the hardest but most
important objective at any event or conference, and
with the time and money that goes into designing and
running an event, the last thing you want is what’s on
screen to a) look bad and b) not run well!
We are experienced at advising and designing slides
especially for show at conferences and events both on
standard size screens and wide screen.
We can source and design the best graphics to illustrate
and illuminate your presentation together with music and
videos.
At the event itself we can be there to make any last
minute changes, to liaise with technical staff and to operate
the show from back stage.
We can also coordinate the presentation with the event
‘style’ and produce printed documents and leave behind
for delegates and attendees.

Emergency work 24 hours a day
While every presentation may not need to be worked on
or designed from scratch, there may be times when you
need to cover over-flow work, prepare for an important
meeting or make a deadline.
We can offer a 24hr service for any urgent presentations
or slides you need formatting or art working, for example
you could send your slides to us end of play and have them
back by 9am the next morning.
We will strive to meet even the tightest deadlines during
the day, evening and weekends.
We could even transform other MS documents or hand
written notes into professional slides, diagrams and charts.
